PAYMENT
We accept payment, including credit cards, through PayPal. Payment must be received within 3 business days of item purchase. Orders that are not paid for within this time are subject to cancellation.

SHIPPING
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide on the check-out page matches the shipping address that you indicated in PayPal. Any differences will probably delay the shipment of your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Items are usually shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, with Delivery Confirmation, within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE: Buyers might want to purchase Insurance. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Domestic Insurance is currently $1.75 for orders up to $50. Please contact us about Insurance charges for orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International and are subject to destination restrictions. Before placing an order, please check here to see what restrictions may apply: http://pe.usps.gov/text/Imm/immctry.htm

International Shipping charges start at $3.75. Please contact us with destination information for an accurate International Shipping quote.

Buyers are responsible for all customs, tariffs, fees, taxes, etc.
Washington State residents, please add 9.5% state sales tax.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Our goal is that every customer is happy with their Fable & Fury creation. If, for some reason, you wish to return an item, please contact us, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Items must be in new, unaltered condition and returned within 10 business days of delivery to your address. Items returned for credit will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQ
CARE: The powder coated and satin finishes of Fable & Fury pieces are quite durable and will remain intact given normal wear and conditions. They do not require any maintenance.
Please note that due to the intricate detail in our designs, some interior contours may be sharp and should be handled with care.
